“I meant to post this earlier but have been real busy. The older man who was working a Saturday ago when the atms were down was so kind, patient and helpful. He went out of his way to fix the atm and follow up to get it repaired. If it weren't from him I'd be out a lot of money on my pawns I needed to take out that day. “This store is one of the best around. They stay open 24/7 (one of the only on the south side of town that still does). Their hot food is amazing. I’ve had the gumbo, the spaghetti, the fried cabbage, really too much to mention and it was always amazing and perfectly seasoned. The red-head who is the manager cooks it up like no other. You definitely need to check this little spot out!”
“I’ve been going to Z-mart for several years now I’m pretty much a regular. I’ve never had a bad experience with anything at the station. The manager Jason and his lovely staff are always very friendly and welcoming when I stop by, I always enjoy seeing them. Jason, Terry, Bryan and the rest of the team thank you for always being so awesome!!!!”

“H&B is one of the best gas stations around. They treat you like family, Sam has helped us out on more than one occasion. Their prices are the same as any small town convenient store, somethings are cheaper others higher, but on average the same. The pizza, bbq, and fried goods are always fresh and delicious. It's not like family actually, it is family.”

“After knowing the history of the place, everything had been grandfathered in and the city of Ft. Smith will not allow upgrades to the pumps or tanks. knowing the manager and the work he has already had done, even though the state allows a certain amount of water and debris in your fuel , he has had his tanks cleaned and inspected regularly and has no water or debris. I get only gas and a lot better fuel mileage from that store. The unfriendly employees do not last long and I always get a good laugh from the others. Store is always stocked and clean with the cleanest restroom I have ever seen at a gas station.”

“I have come to this location nearly every day for six years. I have watched the red headed woman work herself up from employee to managing the store carrying money to the bank. While the owners may change its the employees and the community who make this gas station a joy.”
“UPDATE:Don’t use pump 2. Sent 12 minutes pumping 18 gallons of gas. Not sure why, but it took WAY too long.___________________I’ve had mixed experiences. Both times the people were friendly and asked me if I needed help, but the second visit the person didn’t actually mean it (it felt). More of a greeting so they could say they asked. Kind of cold and when I asked a question, it was met with “if it isn’t in the door we don’t have it.” I thought that was not accurate because of all the holes in the door. However, Casey’s is usually a good stop with decent options and hot food, so that interaction won’t stop me.”

“Very nice Valero. The number one perk, it's one of the only gas stations in Ft Smith that is open 24/7. You can actually get coffee or cappuccino here at 4 or 5 in the morning, without having to drive all the way into the shady part of the city in the dark.”
