“We were passing through the area and saw the sign for Marks Machinery. What a gem! They have an amazing selection of woodworking tools and machinery and are the kindest people you’d ever want to meet! We spent an hour in the store and still didn’t see everything. A+++”

“Darragh Ft Smith is the most helpful company in town for tools and supplies. They are very knowledgeable and quick to respond. You just have to make one phone call to them, unlike other companies that you have to stay on them to get what you need. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend that you give them a shot.”

“Home Depot would get five stars if they ever had enough employees to be able to assist you in finding things in their store. I did have a pleasant experience this week though. Andrea at the front desk was very helpful because I was there to pick up an item with a business card that did not have my name on it and she did allow me to contact the owner and get approval to release the jackhammer to me so that was very helpful because the owner is based out of Tennessee and I'm in Fort Smith, Arkansas so that was not going to work. But it got resolved and I got my jackhammer and everything worked out just fine with her help.”

“While flipping a home not too far away, it was great to have this store nearby. While customer service is usually better in this type of independent store, prices can be a concern. However, I found some items to be actually cheaper than in the famous big blue and orange ones. Add that to the convenience and friendly staff.”
