I was a day outside of the return window and she, without hesitation, happily accepted my return and said, “We’re here to take care of our customers.” It’s always easy to find an associate to help and most times they are super knowledgeable or will find someone who can answer questions.”

“I recently (Tuesday 21st) went to the store in Sand Springs with a list of items to purchase and to price check. As soon as I went through the door I was warmly greeted and asked if I needed help locating anything. I have a hard time walking around and was very grateful for the ladies help, so I wasn't walking around the whole store looking for items on my list. I didn't have to back track looking for items. She was very helpful and took time for me to look at what choices they had. I am very grateful for her assistance.”
