“Super pleased with the quality of work, integrity, and persistence of JewelTech! Two of my watches needed some work done on them, including putting a new battery in one of them. She suggested to try the new battery before doing the other work to make sure it was working. It actually did not start.The other watch was taken care of and I told her she could dispose the one that wasn't working. I came back a couple weeks later to discuss a wedding band. She remembered who I was and completely surprised me! She was able to fix the watch that I told her to just throw away.
