Very poor customer service they walk around and don't help you. Leave you setting there they walk back and forth from the showroom to the office. Waited 20 minutes before I was Waited on.

Do not get internet through att. They lie about your sign up change it to more expensive internet withing 48 hrs leaving you stuck between cancleling and looking all over again or being screwed because you need internet.

Terrible company. Poor customer service. They should close some locations and consolidate operations for a better value. American Telephone and Telegraph is the reality/description of how these guys operate.
