Shawn and Scott are great. Terrific help and both go above and beyond in customer service and knowledge/acknowledgement of concerns and trouble shooting. Had some fees that weren't disclosed/hidden when owned by cox. So far spectrum has exceeded my expectations. Thanx Shawn and Scott!! Those guys get five stars!!
