GREAT pricing and customer service. We ran into technical issues but it was not their fault, it was a system glitch and he has it fixed in 5 minutes. I also made out like a bandit with their promos going on with accessories. Yes you still have to pay taxes, but these plans and phones are beautiful. Financially and physically to the look! “We have had the pleasure of working with Logix Communications for several years. They provide our internet and phone services. We are getting twice the speed on our internet for about half the cost and have saved hundreds of dollars. Their quality of service and customer service far surpasses any of our previous providers. One phone call to the 800 number and my problems are resolved promptly. My local, Tulsa, representatives are always there to assist and are very knowledge about their products and services. “to keep things short i had an issue with my phone and had to call my grandmother and mom who both are easily frustrated, but the USCL(i think her name way Kyla) was very determined to make sure I walked out with a working phone and even had a way to calm down both my mother and grandmother with EASE. I've never seen someone in customer service have her level of professionalism. Just thought I'd put my thoughts out because she definitely deserves some appreciation !”

“I'm moving, so I tried to take care of the account transfer online. Two hours later and five different people I talked to gave me all different information. I go to THIS store and within five, ten minutes max, Alex took care of it and even helped with the bill for me. He was excellent, very knowledgeable. I really appreciated him being canndid about the process and how he was very comendable toward his coworkers. He has confidence in the team he works with and himself, which is something I highly appreciate seeing as a customer. It encourages trust. He had a great attitude. Thanks for all your help! “I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon as an AT&T store in Colorado screwed me over two different ways. It's a long story, but AT&T just wouldn't help me fix the problems they made. Even after multiple attempts on our part. Their only option was for me to change numbers, which is a ridiculous inconvenience.

I finally decided to just switch to Verizon as they were running a fantastic promotion. This was over a month ago, and I've been so pleased with the way Summer and Dominic helped me. It was as painless as AT&T was difficult.”

I am jaded because if I tell you about all the places I go, then they become busier than I want them to be when I am there. got to share the love though, as it would be real easy for them to close satellite offices due to lack of productivity, thus cutting down our access to services we need if they are not promoted.”
