I brought my brother to Metro by T-Mobile, to have his phone number switched to my account, from our brother in-laws account. I wish I could remember our agent's name, because he was very patient and helpful. Now my brother and I are under the same account. Thank you Metro by T-Mobile!

Employees watch inappropriate shows on their phone on loud volume. Very unprofessional. They took care of what I was there for, though. Just wish I didn't have to hear all the cursing and inappropriate topics the employee was listening to. She was in the lobby watching it, too. Couldn't even go to the back room.

Metro by T-Mobile is one of the best prepaid service with the most fantastic service. Every day I wake up thinking about how my phone used to work with other lesser carriers.
