“The staff is very helpful and kind. The store is also toddler friendly. They had a toy box for little ones and the staff were all very sweet to our son while we were replacing my phone. It's good to get there early as it does get busier as the day goes on.”

“We went in this morning to explore wireless internet options and met with Lauden. We have had it with Cox and need to move on and I despise AT&T!! Lauden was super knowledgeable and helped explain some of the technical aspects of the wireless receiver. We were ready to switch but Lauden insisted I make sure this would work with our system before activating and it turns out it will not work with our Ethernet hub! I really appreciate a sales rep making sure that something will fit our needs instead of focusing on just making a sale! That in and of itself is 5 star service!!! Thanks Lauden!!!”

“I've used Cellular Repair and Exchange four times - twice buying batteries and twice dealing with SIM card problems. In all four cases excellent service. Reasonable prices - in fact the SIM card problems were handled without charge. This is the first place I go with cell phone problems.”

He never gave up, stayed patient the entire time, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything got resolved.
