“Great service. Very helpful. I've been in the store twice, and they have been great both times. I have a suggestion, however. I know you guys have a boot truck that drives to Pryor to the midamerica industrial park. I think it's a better idea to have a location in Pryor just for all the jobs that Pryor has. Yes the truck is good sized and has a great selection. However, I myself have had to order and/or just go back to the store every time. Forty five minutes drive is a long way sometimes with the economic inflation, especially on gas prices.”

“Had the absolute Best customer service that I have had in years. I bought a pair of sketchers online and they were the wrong size. I went in to try on a pair to make sure I ordered the right size. Rusty at Midtown Village came up and asked if he could help and I told him what I had done. He proceeded to tell me he would like to take care of the issue in store. He gave me full credit and swapped them out for the size I needed. I was not expecting that but it sure is refreshing that there is still that kind of customer service in this day and age.”

“I just wanted to say that the staff here is very helpful and down to earth/knowledgeable about which products fit my budget and my style. I'll be honest in saying that scrubs in general haven't exactly been my favorite and that I have a hard time finding things that look or feel good with my body type, but the younger woman here knew EXACTLY what to suggest, which really has made me feel a lot more confident about my appearance day to day at work. The older woman was also very kind and helpful, and even though they were pretty busy, and I assume a little overwhelmed as they were the only two people working, they were not the least bit rude to me or anyone else, and made sure to address everyone timely as well as appropriately...which is actually pretty rare to see in retail these days. 5 stars for sure. Thanks for the help guys. Hope this helps!”

“I now understand why Pinpoint has the rating is does. Becky and Erica take Pinpoint to the next level. I can vouch for all of the great reviews and highly recommend coming to them. I was in need of a new suit for some upcoming weddings this summer/fall and had a mediocre experience at a national chain so started looking else where in the Tulsa area and found this gem. I wanted someone that knew what they were talking about and didn’t expect me to be an expert in everything related to men’s formal attire. Becky literally could not have made it easier and she had me sized up without even measuring me that was how good she was. I by no means was an expert and was fortunate to find someone I could trust with what I was looking for and not just getting someone trying to make a sale. She wants you to be happy with what you are getting which is a rare commodity in this world. The quality of the product you are purchasing and the knowledge and expertise of Becky are the reason why Pinpoint has the reputation it does. If you are just considering looking at a new suit and have no idea where to start or are considering purchasing somewhere else and ready to pull the trigger I would highly recommend coming here first just to see what they have to offer and ask their thoughts. Thank you Becky and Erica for all of your help. My wife and I love my new suit and we will be back again soon for the next one.
