“An employee by the name of Raquel Konyves exemplified what a bank teller should be. I came in to deposit money into my account, but the total I gave her was very wrong. She made nite if it and informed me that I gave her an amount much less than what she counted. There are still people in this world that have integrity. She should be working in the corporate office! “I had an unfortunate experience with a wire transfer. When I initially spoke to the bank about it it was like we did what you asked and it's not likely that you will get your money back. I felt abandoned.
Unbeknownst to me the process was already started trying to recover the funds. They called the following week to update me and let me know that at the this stage it's still unlikely that I will get anything back but they would still help in my endeavor.
Fast forward another week I get a call that all my funds have been recovered. I was ecstatic! To know that they put countless hours in for one person means the world to me.
I thought I was left alone to navigate this by myself but from the time they found out they went into fight mode and worked diligently and relentlessly to ensure that they had the outcome that would be favorable to the small guy.
To them everyone matters!!!
