“While I don't love going to Walmart, I live in a different city and specifically travel to this pharmacy because the staff are so helpful, kind and accommodating. They always take the time to explain clearly and never make me feel like I ask silly questions.

I also want to shout out the pharmacy manager who really helped me when I needed medication after closing. I highly recommend this pharmacy to all!”

“The Service Manager in the auto department, Hemant is an absolute gem. His professionalism is top notch and the way how he carries himself despite being so young is amazing to see for this generation. There was an unruly customer whom was escalated. Hemant was able to de-escalate the situation and remained composed throughout the entire altercation. There was a slight hiccup with my car, with delays in getting it done, but Hemant kept communication and I saw him delegating the the technicians in the back to ensure my vehicle became a priority which I really appreciated. I was not to bent out of shape, they looked understaffed. Canadian Tire does have a bad rep when it comes to auto service, but my experience with Hemant and his team at Pickering was positive.

However, I cannot say the same about my experience in the store, a young kid named Kurt needs to improve his customer service instead of trying to make ways with the girls at the front desk. I was waiting for him for almost 15 minutes. Then there was another guy named Larry, he does not know a single thing about seasonal equipment, why is this guy even working in the department. When I asked him to speak to the department supervisor, he told me that was him. Ridiculous.”
