“I’ve been a customer at the Penguin Pick Up for over a year now and I always have the best experience! The staff are friendly, polite, and conscientious. They always ask me how my day has been to bring up my spirits. They are also very quick and efficient in retrieving my packages. The manager has such a positive, caring attitude and has resolved any issues I’ve had in the past and has answered any questions I have had. The young men carry out any heavy packages I’ve had to the parking lot, especially since being pregnant. There’s one staff member who consistently draws happy faces on all of my bags of parcels. They even know my footsteps as I’m coming around the corner. Furthermore, the staff have been very polite and respectful to my husband has also had a great experience. “The person at the location is always helpful, patient and do not try to reap you off and very quick. Store is clean compared to few months back when I last visited the store. I would definitely recommend this UPS Store location for all passport photos as the person working here is very quick, I was out within 5-7 minutes with my 2 weeks son's passport photos as when I called before going, the person working here gave me specific information so that we don't have any issues taking pictures for a newborn.”

She explained in details the process of me having to go to customs office and clear my shipment, provided the documents for me to get that done.
