“Yesterday at 14:00 I was going through the cash to pay from my groceries. I had a 20 Kg bag of dogfood and was struggling a bit. I always carry it through with the UPC exposed so the ladies do not have to handle the heavy bag. The cashier offered to get me cart (I always just get a small hand basket as I live alone and make small purchases) I think she must have thought I was struggling as I am an old man, 70 years old. She went outside and got me cart (free of charge) so I would not have to carry the dog food and the other items to my car. I have been a customer there for 40 years, they are always helpful.”
“I just picked up spaghetti from the fresh food counter. Jayden (hope I spell that correctly) helped me with my order and was very kind. We spoke a bit and he gave me great suggestions. I hope management recognizes what a wonderful employee he is!! I will be back specifically because of how nice he was!”
