“These disgruntled customer reviews are a JOKE! Todd has always been great! Even if I suspect he won’t have what I need, due to their locations space limitations, I’ll pop in anyway to do my best to support local . By far the friendliest HH I’ve been too. The owner takes pride in helping customers however he can. I’ve been a customer for years, and will continue to stop by Bowman’s Home Hardware for anything I need (and some things I don’t)
If you have an issue with their customer service, good luck finding anyone to even help you at Home Depot or Rona ? y’all need to touch grass once in a while. These guys are great!”
“We rented a vehicle/van. Before we even reached Toronto Airport the washer fluid was empty, it was clearly not filled up before we took the vehicle. We had to fill it up ourselves. Luckily the guy behind the counter was very friendly and refunded us the cost of the washer fluid”

“Once again, Westgate Village Home Hardware is without fail, what a small, convenient hardware store should be. Found exactly what I needed, Scotty checked in on me twice, and as usual, Sandra was a total charmer up front. I love how Scotty always says “See ya later Alex” and, “See ya next time!” Plus, they’re not owned by a faceless private equity firm. You can really see and feel it. Go out of your way to visit!”
“Home Depot Kids Workshop is a fantastic program for children. Fun, educational, and well organized. The staff are friendly and helpful, and kids enjoy building projects while learning basic skills. A great family activity and highly recommended.”

“You don’t realize how convenient and helpful a store is until it’s closed. Having the misfortune of being a victim of a tornado it’s been painful for both the owner and the locals. Can’t wait for this store to reopen.”
