“I was referred to Basco’s through my insurance company after I was rear-ended this summer. They made the process super easy for myself. I was quoted for the replacement parts and cost that day and the parts order immediately afterwards which did not take long to come in. After dropping off my car, enterprise was called my Basco’s to pick me up while the work was completed. I was quoted 3 days but was done in 2 days. To top off the experience at pick up, my car was fully detailed. Even my dog seat cover was washed and folded in my trunk.”

“I manage a Territory and my career in sales requires me to travel daily between 200-300 kms daily.
I called 3/4 of garages in Sudbury to try and have my car repaired as ny drivers rear wheel bearing needed replacement and the closest appointment i could find was over 7 days. I called Fountain tire in Friday at 4:00 pm as a last ditch effort to try and hopefully get in by next Wednesday. Robin answered the phone and told me to drop it off Monday morning first thing and that whatever the issue was, it would be diagnosed and repaired and he would give me a ride home. Here I am Monday at 2 pm, keys in hand my car drives like a dream. He also picked me up in a huge snowstorm and was happy about it!!
Robin, Cory and Sarah bring old school service back to a time when uncertainty seems to be the only order of the day. They treat you like family. You just don’t get this level of service from ANYONE anymore in the auto repair business and anyone looking for honest friendly reputable work, this shop does it all.

“Hi I'm Neville and I've live in Sudbury for many years, I've use so many auto repair garage, and been ripped of so so many times, then I was told go to Furlani,s Auto repair and was so shocked to meet Rod the owner, and let me tell you, they are so honest and all my repairs were done right the first time, just an amazing garage, to have your vehicles repaired. I have many vehicles and one is a 1987 vintage Corvette Convertible, and I don't trust many people touching my car never mind repairing it, but I have so much faith in Rod and his team, to work on all my vehicles and the price is always fair. I've work as a manager in dealership for 44 years, so I know cars, and Rod and team I take my hat of to Furlani Auto Repair, you guys are unbelievable great, and most of all HONESTY, and in that type of business is a very rare find. “When I was on a road trip to Northern Ontario the wipers on our F150 started working so slow that they would not be useable in a rainstorm. Apparently, this is a design flaw in some later model Ford trucks. After calling a couple of dealers and finding out the earliest appointments were several days away, I called Jackson’s Auto repair. Even though they are always quite busy they said they could book me an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived, they knew who I was, why I was there and were familiar with the repair needed. This was all quite reassuring. The truck was fixed by early in the afternoon and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Jackson’s Auto Repair.”

“The best taxi service in town! The drivers are always polite and friendly (if you want to chat, that is!) and the vehicles are lovely and clean. What really impressed me was that the other day a driver picked me up to take me to Shoppers for my flu shot. I've had him before and he's very nice and smart, so we were chatting. Well, I forgot my gloves in the cab! While I was waiting the 15 minutes after getting the shot, just shopping around, he actually came into the store to find me and give me back my gloves! That's going above and beyond the call of duty. I loved those gloves! Plus, Lockerby always arrives on time (or earlier) unlike the competition. Such great service -- even the dispatchers on the phone. Thanks to everyone!”

(DEF fuel in particular) and he didnt even hesitate to offer his immediate help! told me to come on over and filled my DEF even though he doesn't work in small diesel vehicles! “Great people to deal with, the place to go when dealer says the unit is not serviceable and forces you to replace with high priced new unit, Dean has the knowledge and experience to rebuild with new parts for fraction of the cost. He also knows what the unlisted cross reference parts are, so that you can replace with a functionally identical unit that is of better quality or cheaper in price or both.”
“Had my car battery give out. Tried changing it and came up with way more issues. Car went into limp mode. Brought my car into Bennetts the next day, they did a full inspection on my car, got a battery, fuse, sensor and wheel bearing for an extremely reasonable cost. Unheard of. Not to mention my car was ready to go the next day. Great service and turnover time. Couldn’t thank you guys enough. I’ll be back for all future repairs!!!!”

“Our vehicle almost set on fire, some parts came off on the highway and we had to get towed here. Luckily Jim was still in after we gave him a call about the situation. He gave us hotel suggestions so we were close by and everything.
Turns out it was completely dead, our vehicle, I mean.
He called someone to scrap it and everything, didn't charge us since we aren't from Ontario and needed the money so we could have somewhere to sleep and money to get home.
I genuinely don't know what we would have done if it weren't for Alder Automotive, a literal god send.
If I were to get stranded in Ontario again, I'd want to do it where I know I'd have these guys taking care of us.”

With some texting to co workers they said they get work done at Ken’s Auto. So I dropped the truck off to get the front CV joint fixed at 4pm. The next day they called and said it was ready at 1:30 for pickup. I recommend this place. Fast and fair price for the work I had done.
