“Another excellent experience at Healthy Planet. We were impressed, as always by how knowledgeable and helpful the nutritionist Iren Chapman was about supplementation, protocols and health.
Honestly, Iren is a fountain of knowledge, eager to listen to you, and provide expert advice about how to deal with your specific issues.
We typically will go to HP on days that we know she will be there. I know for a fact that she's there two days a week ... definitely Fridays, and possible Wednesday(?).
Kudos to Healthy Planet for having friendly, knowledgeable and experienced customer support people like Iren on staff!

“The customer service at this store is simply amazing, I did not get her name but the lady working there Monday afternoon helped me find all the items I was looking for. “Arties has been a staple of ours for several years now. Though, the quality of their premade sandwiches has dropped drastically (much less meat/cheese/toppings and 13+ dollars). I used to get them weekly, and now I never do. We also used to be able to buy pasta by the ~100g, but now only can buy massive portions at a time. Regularly they have day old bread sales and it’s an awesome deal. Also good pizza dough.”

“We had döner here, which was very delicious, authentic, and fresh. They also have really tasty bread, which we both ate and bought. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making you feel like you're in Turkey. They even gave us free baklava! In the store, you can find everything you need to make Turkish food. We bought börek and sucuk, and their quality was excellent. The only thing was that the music was Latin, whereas I would have preferred to hear Turkish or Azerbaijani music while eating. But overall, even though it's far from me, I will definitely go back again.”

“This Latin grocery store has all the essentials (milk, eggs, cheese, limes, lemons, tomatoes, tortillas ) and more! Great prices too. I have visited several times in the past few months. Their cheese selection is great and many of them pair well with the prepared foods by Mesa, like the chicken (my favourite) saves me a lot of time in the kitchen (and a lot of money, hard times) I have picked up a week's worth of meals for about $60 (single)
And to top it off the store is beautiful. So happy to have a business like this one close by. Thank you!”

“Al Naveed is probably the finest tasting chicken tikka and beef seekh kebabs I’ve had in the GTHA - I’ll go on to say as much as probably the best tikkas I’ve ever had in life. Period.
Are they cheap? No
Is the service quick? Not at all!
Is it worth it ? Absolutely!
As with other restaurants who’ll prepare already stored half cooked food upon receiving orders, al Naveed prepares your order from scratch - hence the wait. But it’s so worth it that I drive all the way from Mississauga to Stoney creek for this one meal!”

“Small natural grocery store. Large supplement aisle. Service is always great. Produce, dairy and meat section fill one wall. They often have fresh baked goods and flowers. Cleaning aisle in the middle. Frozen along the back wall. Front of store has a hot table with soup and other take away food. Paid street or lot parking options.”

“Yesterday I only needed a couple items so I brought my baby inside with me in her car seat only rather than her stroller. As I was shopping an employee who I think was the store manager, came up to me with a shopping cart that had a special car seat holder and offered it to me.
I politely declined only because I do enjoy carrying my daughter, she’s my arm workout, but I was very appreciative and have not had anyone do something like that before while shopping. As a new mom it was very nice to have had a complete stranger be that observant and kind.
My husband and I are addicted to the Farm Boy brand cookies, keep making them the same.
The only thing I do wish was offered in store was a few essential household items. Such as paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues etc. I like shopping at Farm Boy but it is a bit of a pain to need to make a second grocery store trip just for those others types of items. Maybe consider bringing in a single brand of all these products to save space? I don’t think you would need to have a lot of price point variety, most people will spend a few extra dollars for the convenience of everything being under one roof. I know I would.”

“Freshco grew on me - it was a slow burn - I realized after I moved as a “Costco & No-Frills” steady shopper but now super close to Freshco - this store is the perfect in between as it bridges, the gap between quality and price. It’s not the most expensive store and it’s not the cheapest, but it has qualities about the way they organize , and quality of products that I like, especially in meats and produce. I’m in !”

“I come to this metro quite a bit. I just wanted to say how great Enza is. Every time I come to the store she is always so nice and friendly and goes out of her way to help everyone. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and not just doing her job.

“I'm a chef, so looking for funky ingredients is always on my list. This store does a pretty good job of satisfying my needs when it comes to odd ingredients. Love that they have a handful of parking spots out front. Prices are pretty good and stuff are usually helpful. Just a tip, if you can, Google the item you're looking for in advance and have the Chinese characters ready. I don't think it's that any of the staff are unhelpful, but some of them don't speak great English, so having their native language at the tip of your fingers definitely helps out.”

“Nice clean store, friendly staff. But watch out ! BLack price tags are sale items , BUT ONLY if you have a scene card . ( but who wants to shop where you NEED to read the FINE PRINT on the price signs) I have A SCENE card , but often forget to use it ! So on pricipal, I won't shop here very often.”
