“Very clean and well organized store! Took my grandmother shopping here this afternoon and was happily surprised to see the store so clean. Most GT’s I’ve been to have been crapholes! Shelves were stocked? And produce looked nice and fresh.
My only complaint has to be the staff! There were 3-4 women standing at the front of the store, all leaning on the counter/walls with their arms crossed, chatting away and on their phones. No interest in the elderly customer struggling to use the self checkout! Upon asking for assistance the employee greeted me with an audible sigh and an eye roll! As if it was an inconvenience to do her job! No greeting, no “have a nice day.” Basic things like this can go a long way!”
“the first time i came in to this store i was amazed because i didn’t know that this kind of store exist. i’ve never seen any like this in where i live. i live in the far east of ontario and i wish they will put one in here. they have 3 branches, 2 in scarborough and 1 in brampton. even though they are far i still go there to shop because they have everything i need in my mansion. believe me, all the thing in my house resort is from home essentials. i really love this store.”
“I had such a great experience at Canadian Tire, and it was mainly because of Daphne. She was super friendly and approachable, and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping. I had a few questions and she took her time explaining everything without making me feel rushed. She also made sure I found exactly what I needed and even suggested a better option than what I originally came in for. It’s not every day you run into customer service like that, and it really made my visit a positive one. Big thanks to Daphne for going above and beyond!”

He was incredibly kind and personable, genuinely smiling the whole time and bringing such a positive and welcoming energy. “Amazing supermarket with crazy prices and an excellent variety of products—everything is always available when you need it. The store is extremely clean, well-organized, and feels very welcoming. Honestly, it feels like one of the cleanest and most well-managed stores around.
The staff are super organized, approachable, and always ready to help. From the spotless aisles to the perfectly stocked shelves, you can clearly see the effort put into maintaining the store. The cleaners and merchandising team do an outstanding job, and the overall view and layout of the store are impressive.
