“I just want to start by saying, Pet Valu is my go to pet store. The staff are friendly and they really do care for your pet. I've tried taking my GSD other places for grooming and they've all turned him away because he's a little reactive. But Kimmy and Lee did not turn him away. They welcomed him and made him feel safe. They did an amazing job in grooming and they even threw in a couple treats to make him even more comfortable. I'd highly recommend going to see both Kimmy and Lee to anyone looking to get grooming done on their pet. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. “Decided to check this store out and was recommended by Nicole, who was very knowledgeable, to try the Acana brand of food for my cats and they love it. She also recommended some healthy treats that they never tried before, and it was perfect. (Their prices are super great especially for the high quality). I've shopped at other pet stores before, but between the excellent service, good selection of high quality products, all for a price that doesn't break the bank and keeps my picky cats happy (especially my orange cat) I will be continuing to shop at this location specifically. Couldn't recommend any other pet store and employee more.”

“I have been purchasing supplies for my guinea pigs from Flower Town Chinchillas since 2010, and they have always provided excellent products and great customer service. I consistently purchase Oxbow Timothy Hay, Oxbow pellets and treats, as well as vitamins and supplements. In the past, when wishing to purchase special organic feeds for my pets, they have put in special orders for me and held the product until I was available to pick it up. They have fantastic communication-especially when items were backordered. In a time where everything has become so expensive and great customer service is rare, I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed and have received always the best customer service and products from Flower Town Chinchillas. A fantastic family run business with a wonderful selection of everyday and specialized treats for your furry loved ones.”

“I had a great experience here. Went for a hamsters, left with a hamster and a bearded dragon. The rep George was knowledgeable, patient and kind from beginning to end. He answered all 100+ questions we had and was very gentle and understanding with the kids. I left fully prepared and knew what steps I needed to take in order to care for our new family, because of all the information he left us with.

“We recently adopted a few rescue dogs who were in desperate need of grooming. Esha was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She was able to remove severe mats that were restricting the dogs’ movement — something we thought might be impossible.

Thanks to her care and skill, they’re now so much more comfortable and able to enjoy a much better quality of life. We’re beyond grateful for the difference she’s made and the dogs are so much happier now.

“I've had great experiences at this pet smart with finding products, training, and all the staff there! Every staff member I've met has been super helpful and kind. I've been to this petsmart a lot over the years for both my cats and dogs. It's my go-to for reasonably priced pet essentials.

Most recently, I've been to petsmart a lot for their training courses. It has been a great affordable starting point to learn more about training my puppy and developing a relationship with him. The trainer Celeste is super kind, helpful, and passionate about dog training. I know she will be there to answer my questions and always adapt to each individual dog's needs. I've been to the beginner, intermediate, brain games, and advanced classes here, and I've definitely gotten my money's worth. Celeste goes above and beyond for the dogs in her courses, and I honestly did not expect such support from just the local petsmart training. I highly recommend using this as a starting point for training, or if you've already trained your dog, the advanced class is great for checking if they can get certification like the Canine Good Citizen.
