“I loved this place so much, I don't even shop in NY anymore, and will literally plan a trip back up north to Canada to buy from this store versus others in America. Staff was amazing. Quality and styles were top notch; there were so many beautiful sets. The number one thing I loved about this place was that I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Sometimes, walking into shops, the quality looks questionable and there aren't prices, and all the prices seem steeper than they should be. Here, the prices are on the tags, so there's no funny business and you don't have to heckle. It's what a shopping experience should be- fun, and worth it!

“I recently purchased one lehanga and a pre-stitch saree from them. The entire staff was extraordinarily helpful in understanding my needs and budget, demonstrating excellent customer service. Despite my not having the measurements for both outfits readily available, they patiently worked with us - offering alterations for both outfits for an additional fee. Impressively, these alterations were executed to perfection within just a couple of hours.
My daughter was scheduled to arrive on the eve of the party, and Nikhil, exemplifying their exceptional customer service, was considerate enough to provide his personal number. He offered to pick up the tailor and bring her to the store in the event that the outfit did not fit perfectly on the day of the party. His willingness to go above and beyond was truly impressive.
Luckily, the outfit fit well, and we didn't require any further adjustments. I would undoubtedly recommend them and their exceptional customer service.

“I bought a diwali dress last year. They have a variety of dresses. The changing room is very small so it is difficult to change inside. Plus only one changing room was there so waiting time is high during festivals. But overall okay.”

“now usually i don’t write reviews at all cuz i don’t care enough, however on sunday august 10th around 4:30-5 pm there was a slight rush and i really only needed one thing. so i was waiting in line and there was a young girl with bangs assisting a customer and i was really impressed with how she handled a situation. I guess us customers were lined up on the wrong side of the registers (not that i cared, a line is a line?) and a customer noticed and was being really weird and aggressive towards her because of that. The girl, despite her being visibly annoyed, was so respectful the whole time. Handled that customer with so much grace i was like a proud mom lol. 10/10 customer service too. i wish i got her name but she had bangs.”
