I used to go to Pet Value which is nearby and apparently owned by the same company. However, only Paulmac's offers the free bag of Hills cat food so I switched. Other, they are pretty much the same.

Ontario SPCA - Leeds & Grenville Animal Centre
800 Centennial Rd, BrockvilleWe went on several occasions to see the animals for adoption at this centre and the staff there were very professional. They care about the animals in their care but they are also concerned about the animals in the home they are going to. The dog in the home was not a good fit with the animal at the shelter. They are both very good dogs but they were not a good fit with each other. I appreciate the honesty. No animal should have to be returned to the shelter through no fault of their own. The care and training I saw at this shelter is commendable and I thank you for the work you do with these beautiful beings. Kudos on a job well done.
