“I have had several dealings with this location so far in-person and over the phone, and all have been pleasant. Vivian at the front counter checking folks in is very friendly and has been extremely communicative and efficient in coordinating two different TP rentals for me. The manager (I think? He was working 5pm 01/22/26) also came up front to address and provide solutions to a concern I had about fueling. Due to their excellent communication and level of service I would recommend this location and may even choose this as my preferred location, even though there are several Enterprise locations closer to home.

My first vehicle provided was a Mitsubishi compact SUV AWD with winter tires (this is rare!) and then was provided a brand new Volkswagen Jetta Sport. The Mitsu might have been base (had all the features I use regardless) but the VW appears to be mid-trim which honestly exceeds my expectations for a rental car. Both were clean and in great condition!”

“Recently had the transmission replaced in my CX5-- while it took some time to get the replacement transmission as it was on backorder, Ashley was very reassuring that the vehicle was safe to drive and if the noise got worse or any other issues came up, to reach out to her right away. Luckily, no issues came up before the transmission came in. Took a little longer than planned for the repair to be completed, only because the Service Manager saw something else did not look quite right while doing the repair and ordered the replacement part right away -- Ashley was very quick to call and let me know about the delay and why. Only down side was not having access to a vehicle for longer than planned. Picked up my car mid-day (next day) and while driving, another issue came up -- a quick call to Ashley to let her know, she asked if I could bring it back right away and she had everything ready as soon as I got back to the dealership. The car was taken in and looked at right away and the issue was corrected. Ashley, Bryce, Chris and team were awesome to work with!”
