“Came to these guys after a very frustrating process of trying to get the battery in my computer replaced by bigger companies like Staples or BestBuy. I was a bit nervous to come here since it's a small business, but these guys are great. I called them ahead of time, and they were very upfront about the process and cost estimate. It took slightly longer than expected but they provided great communication about everything, so I was never worried. Definitely come check this place out if you're having hardware problems, especially when bigger companies won't touch your refurbished tech.”
“Hands down the Best Freedom Location. I switched to Freedom back in September for a promo that came with a watch and iPhone 16 Pro. As a College student it was a better plan for me. When Switching over my account was Setup incorrectly and caused the Promo not to work. After months of trying to fix it I went to this location and Spoke to Victor, the best decision ever! He took the time to look through everything on my account and listen to the issues I was having. He wrote a email Straight away to get it fixed and in about a week got it fixed for me!!
