They updated the phone, deleted old files and Netflix downloads to free up space, showed me how to import photos to my computer, and made sure everything was running smoothly again. I really appreciated the time they took to help me, especially since they didn’t charge me anything for it.

“Came to these guys after a very frustrating process of trying to get the battery in my computer replaced by bigger companies like Staples or BestBuy. I was a bit nervous to come here since it's a small business, but these guys are great. I called them ahead of time, and they were very upfront about the process and cost estimate. It took slightly longer than expected but they provided great communication about everything, so I was never worried. Definitely come check this place out if you're having hardware problems, especially when bigger companies won't touch your refurbished tech.”
