Although we had previously raw fed our dogs, I was nervous starting a puppy on raw. Dan and his wonderful staff eased my fears and got us started on Raw Performance.Sam is now a thriving 17 month old, 70 lb German Shorthaired Pointer.In addition, the folks at Back to the Bone have helped when I had all sorts of questions and fears. We drive from Brampton to go to Back to the Bone because I am proud to support this business. You should too.

She has been helping me with my senior dog who has been going through chemo and we recently thought we were going to lose our dog so we brought her in to get some special treats and Michelle was so kind and gave my dog some treats on the house.She is very knowledgeable and very informative. She has been able to help my dog get through chemo with no side affects and is still such a happy dog. You can tell how much Michelle truly loves dogs.

From the lady at the front desk who was very lovely to speak with to the extra friendly Cat on the counter-It is such a great atmosphere. The Dogs being groomed look relaxed and happy which made me happy to see. Abby was not nervous and came out afterwards waggy her tail. The groomers (Jennessa & Christa) were fantastic and cut her hair perfectly. My husband & I think this is Probably the best cut/s she had ever. Most importantly, the way that they cared for our Finn made the whole ordeal so much more bearable. If you are having to help your fur child cross the rainbow bridge, I would strongly recommend bringing them here, because they will make this horrible experience that nobody wants to go through, so much more peaceful. The doctor followed up with us as soon as possible to check how our cat was doing after the vaccines. I am very happy with the experience we had.

My wife had been working Saturdays starting Covid from 8:30am until Midnight, our children are at their Fathers on Saturday and I have work, commitments, errands and lots of jobs on the go which I have been struggling to accomplish for all of Covid because I have to make sure to feed my Dog Timber, Walk Him, Feel badly for leaving him etc. Pat immediately called me back and saved my day allowing my to compete the jobs I had to complete, work my own job and stay focused all because she was so accommodating by taking Timber within the hour of getting off the phone with her. She was extremely flexible, the price was overly fair and reasonable, she takes the dogs on multiple walks including trips to the dog park at Bronte Provincial Park! She was more the willing to keep my dog over night for next to nothing extra $$. Incredible care, below all the competitions prices, friendly, caring, dog returns happy and tired! Couldn’t be easier and closer to the perfect Doggy Day Care I regret not using since the start of Covid. Will be using Pat’s services again!

However, the team seemed a bit understaffed for the number of orders, n the way they shouted food items at the back felt a little too loud for customers, it felt like school kids rhyming something.... I understand it perhaps part of their process, but it could be handled more quietly for a calmer atmosphere out there...
The front desk girl, Mani, was polite and professional, though repeating name twice for the takeout order didn’t feel necessary...
Overall, fantastic food and great service, but adding a few more team members n calm atmosphere would make the experience even better.

Our server was friendly and helpful. The fish and chips were perfect and the beef dip was delicious. The mashed potatoes and gravy were giving me Sunday dinners at gramma’s feels and could be a meal on their own.
