240 North Service Rd W #200, OakvilleHad a great experience at the Pet Valu on North Service Road at Dorval Crossing on Sunday, December 21. The two staff members who opened the store were incredibly welcoming, kind, and patient.
We are raising a service dog in training, and our puppy was having a very energetic day. Despite that, the staff were nothing but understanding and supportive, making us feel completely welcome.
It was a genuinely positive experience, and management should be very proud of this team. We’ll definitely be back!

Our doggy has been getting groomed here for years and when we visited after moving to BC the first thing I did was book an appointment for my little girl! Such care is taken as Sasha is always so happy and doesn’t want to go so soon when I come to pick her up. The grooming is absolutely perfect, anal glands are always extracted, and nails are trimmed and this is no extra cost! So reasonably priced and overall just an excellent business. So sad to be leaving to BC again but will be booking when we come visit! :)

Nick, Matthew, and PK were all very friendly and the ambiance of the cafe was perfect! The Cheese toast was delicious and i recommend the sea salt toffee latte with sweet cream.
