Although we had previously raw fed our dogs, I was nervous starting a puppy on raw. Dan and his wonderful staff eased my fears and got us started on Raw Performance.Sam is now a thriving 17 month old, 70 lb German Shorthaired Pointer.In addition, the folks at Back to the Bone have helped when I had all sorts of questions and fears. We drive from Brampton to go to Back to the Bone because I am proud to support this business. You should too.

450 Appleby Line, BurlingtonHad a wonderful experience at Global Pet Foods. The staff was very educated on the new product we were trying, informing us on some additional helpful information.
We got 3 hoofs for my dog who loves them and a raw food to stuff it with.
The raw food has been a hit and was grateful to learn more about the brand from the staff.
So far my pup has enjoyed 1 of the hoofs, the other I unfortunately had to take away as it shattered into splintery chunks upon him chewing. That is why I am giving a less a star - just because I haven’t had the opportunity to try more products from them. Hoping the last one is a bit better.

Furry Friends Doggie Daycare & Spaw
955 Century Drive, BurlingtonAt first, my husband and I were worried about leaving Luna at daycare because she is a rescue dog and can be a little nervous in new environments. When we first brought her to Furry Friends, she was scared, so we thought it might be better to try another daycare. Unfortunately, her experience at the other daycare was terrible.
Since Luna is a medium-sized dog and many of the dogs at daycare are much bigger, it was also very important for us to find a place with a large outdoor area where she could feel comfortable and have plenty of space to play.
We decided to give Furry Friends another try and signed up for the VIP package to see if, with time and consistency, Luna would become more comfortable going to daycare. It’s been about a month and a half now, and she has improved so much! She is becoming more confident and comfortable every week.
We are incredibly grateful to the wonderful staff at Furry Friends for their patience, kindness, and care. They have taken the time to understand Luna and help her feel safe and happy. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to give Furry Friends another chance, and we highly recommend them!

You can tell he truly loves animals and is dedicated to providing the best possible treatment. His professionalism, knowledge, and calm demeanor gave me so much reassurance during a very stressful time.

We took our 4-year-old small girl to Dr. Silveira for the very first time, and it was such a pleasant experience for my partner, me, and most importantly, our dog. She is adopted and, due to her past, she is quite anxious and fearful.
Dr. Silveira is the first vet we’ve encountered who took the extra, extra time to comfort our girl before anything else. Our girl’s mood remained stable and not as nervous because Dr. Silveira and this clinic uses a “fear-free” method. Dr. Silveira did not coerce or “pin down” the animal; instead, she worked around our girl’s boundaries. We saw it with our own eyes, and it made a world of difference in our girl’s comfort level, who is currently napping away peacefully :)
I also appreciated how detailed Dr. Silveira’s notes are (compared to our last vet who barely wrote anything after a visit). Front reception was super kind and attentive too!
Despite the 45-minute to 1-hour drive, the exceptional tender care, professionalism and expertise we receive are more than worth the traffic. We would do anything for our girl and are just incredibly happy we found the perfect match.

Our boy came in with a sibling and Trish helped us connect with them. Doug and the BHS team hosted us on site for a sibling meet up and were so kind and generous with their time and were genuinely happy to see the pups together.
