“I ordered the Weathertec mats for my Pick up, not realizing I had the storage option in my backseat, which made the rear mats too big, and essentially useless. I sent an email and almost immediately Tessa from Customer service responded, gave me a return authorization number and i was on my way. I took the rear mats to the store on Walkers line, exchange was simple and straightforward and the new rear set was ordered. An excellent experience made that much better by Tessa from cusomer service who was very knoweldgeable and responsive !! HIghly recomended, not to mention the quality and fit of the floor mats are second to none, easily better than the OEM and much cheaper !!”

“I can’t recommend Back to the Bone highly enough. At the end of 2021 we were bringing home a puppy for the first time in 13 years. Although we had previously raw fed our dogs, I was nervous starting a puppy on raw. Dan and his wonderful staff eased my fears and got us started on Raw Performance.Sam is now a thriving 17 month old, 70 lb German Shorthaired Pointer.In addition, the folks at Back to the Bone have helped when I had all sorts of questions and fears. We drive from Brampton to go to Back to the Bone because I am proud to support this business. You should too.”

“This place is amazing; the owner Michelle is so kind. She has been helping me with my senior dog who has been going through chemo and we recently thought we were going to lose our dog so we brought her in to get some special treats and Michelle was so kind and gave my dog some treats on the house.She is very knowledgeable and very informative. She has been able to help my dog get through chemo with no side affects and is still such a happy dog. You can tell how much Michelle truly loves dogs.”
“Had a wonderful experience at Global Pet Foods. The staff was very educated on the new product we were trying, informing us on some additional helpful information.
We got 3 hoofs for my dog who loves them and a raw food to stuff it with.
The raw food has been a hit and was grateful to learn more about the brand from the staff.
So far my pup has enjoyed 1 of the hoofs, the other I unfortunately had to take away as it shattered into splintery chunks upon him chewing. That is why I am giving a less a star - just because I haven’t had the opportunity to try more products from them. Hoping the last one is a bit better.”

“PetSmart is always a good time. Always some kind of deal on dog toys and etc... Always some cheap stuffed animals at the front for them to destroy. And their stock runs deep... Plus, they have clean up supplies close when the pup decides he owns PetSmart and pees all over it.”

“We had a great experience with Cindy. We couldn't bring our 3 year old dog anywhere, he was so anxious and would bark at everything. She suggested we bring him in for puppy classes and get him used to people and other dogs.
He's done so well, and he's now able to go for walks with absolutely no issues. I was able to bring him to a family gathering and he did beautifully. The skills in the class were a great refresher, but the patience from the staff and willingness to adapt to our unique situation is what made the biggest impact.”
