She greeted me when I first walked in, was honest with me and kept checking in on me up until she rung me up probably an hour later. She is so sweet and has such a good vibe! “I’ve been shopping with Lace and Envy for about a Month now. I’ve had 4 orders and each item has been great quality and super cute. The orders were dropped off to my home within days of the order being placed or arriving in store if it was a preorder item. I’ve always received friendly emails to let me know the items were delivered. Can’t say enough about this small lical business. Just ordered an item as a gift and can’t wait to see what the recipient thinks of the item. I know she will love it.”

“I love supporting local businesses that have nice things to look at or to buy. I've bought a few items from this boutique, including bathing suits, PJs, and dresses. Since items are higher end so expect to spend more money, but the sale items can be heavily discounted if your size is still available. Sometimes it's only the owner at the boutique so just have a look around yourself and don't be too demanding. Let's support local businesses!”
“Great items however too difficult to search for items by size as its sorted by colour (or category). A bit frustrating. Even shoes (which should be easy to display by size, weren't organized that way). Also, better directional signs inside. I thought I was walking into the beauty bar area. Will go back when I have more time to go through every individual item.”

“This lovely consignment shop is excellent. The clothes are all in very good condition. Some look like they have never been worn at all. Maureen prices the items fairly and there is usually a sale on so you get a discount as well. I loved browsing in here and the fitting areas are huge and private.
I live nearby so I plan on going in there often.
I highly recommend coming to browse here. You will be surprised at the quality of clothing and fair prices. NO pushy sales people.”

“Just spent over 1k in the store but still not getting shopping bags to pack my stuff… It’s not about the 1 CAD that a reusable bag costs after spending 1000 CAD… It’s a matter of principle. I get that to save the environment and I do agree. But people are not spending (I guess) a thousand dollars every day so maybe it would be great to have a minimum spend threshold for customers where above that they get decent service with shopping bags. Also, it would be great to get at least a 5 or 10 percent discount as this amount would make me feel like coming back and spending here again. 4 stars because of the selection. It was great honestly.”

“Had an amazing experience with Larry on Friday. He helped me to select a suit for a wedding the following day. He brought us through the different styles, materials, colours, etc. for different temperatures, seasons, and occasions. He was helpful in narrowing down the choices and even got the fit close enough that I didn’t need alterations for my last minute purchase. I should also say that this review is long overdue seeing as he’s helped me at least twice before with jeans as well as Christmas shopping and was very attentive even during the high traffic time. This time, we had trouble picking between the final two options for a suit, but fortunately there were two other associates that poked their heads in to weigh their opinions and we landed on the classic style to get more longevity/value. They were all very friendly, helpful and dressed to impress which made it all that much easier to trust their opinions. Seriously - Larry rocking the double-breast and his colleague with some sweet boots and a very elegantly dressed woman. I would definitely check this place out and will return myself.”
