He has great knowledge of different types of shoes that complement your feet. “I recently visited By Tocca to look for a mother of the bride dress. I fell in love with one, only to be informed that the store did not have my size and that they could not order one in as it was no longer being manufactured. Kari, however, saved the day. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She called the dress manufacturer and they were able to tell her what other stores in Canada received the dress and what size. It happened that a store in Montreal had received one, and Kari asked for their phone number, called on my behalf, verified that they still had it, asked them to send a picture via text to verify, and then left it to me to place an order. The dress arrived at my door 4 days later and I am thrilled.Kari, thank you so very much! I owe you a bottle of wine and look forward to delivering it in person when I am next in Oakville. Your customer service and helpfulness truly reflect the quality of the store and its beautiful dresses.”
