“This was my first visit to this store and I was quite impressed. I usually shop at Fortinos but I’ll be going here for my produce and meat now. The quantity, quality and freshness was amazing. I recommend checking it out.”
“Okay, I really don't want to give 4 stars but also don't want to be mean. The staff are all lovely.However, the store is incredibly dirty. The meat section is beyond dirty. I refuse to buy meat there now. The milk section smells so bad, I try not be sick, and it feels warm. My family got sick off the last thing of milk we purchased from no frills.I don't want to come off as harsh. I would really like to see the store clean up. Otherwise I think its a decent small store with great potential.”
“Having been " renovicted" by our greedy, douch bag landlord over two years ago, our shopping at Foodland Hagersville was taken away from us since we were living away in trailer parks, and I'll tell you, I miss them so much. Ever since the new owner/manager took over, it is a terrific store and I miss it so much. Your hot food section was good, as was your sandwich selection and your BBQ meats offered in the summer were great as well. Keep up the great job.”
“This foodland does a pretty good job carrying all the things I need, considering it’s really the only thing in town! The hours are reasonable, and the staff are always wonderful. My only complaint is that the hot deli doesn’t make the buffalo chicken dip/spinach dip anymore. Also huge shout out to the super sweet stock boy that works evenings! Super tall, with black glasses. He makes my night every time I see him, he is so pleasant to talk too! Always a huge smile, and always asking if he can help with anything. I think his name is Caleb? Keep up the great work!”
“Wish this location was bigger. Service was great. Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. Food portions seem to have gotten alot smaller and prices up. Quality is still good.”
“Tried their street food and it was good. Pani Puri was average and Puri was not enough for price point but the BHEL Puri was tasty and good portion for one.
Dosa was listed on the menu but wasn't available and no sight of diet drinks, however, it was nice to see they carry soft drinks from India like ThumbsUp”
“we came looking for big boxes to help us prepare for our move, and Dylan helped us by bringing out a big pile of boxes, unloaded the veggies super fast, and gave us those empty boxes in no time! appreciate his willingness to help and kindness very much :) great staff overall!”

“I like shopping here they have a lot of stuff, but the staff does not greet people. I have been here multiple times and they never greet you. It's weird, they will help you when you ask for help but it's not a warm welcome. That's just my experience. Besides that every thing else is great. That's why I gave them a 4/5 stars. I love supporting black businesses but customer services needs to be better.”

and it is always stocked up on almost all our grocery needs .
Fresh produce and meats and a whole
lot more but the daily and weekly
savings make room for more groceries
in our cart ??”
“Sobeys is a very clean store which has a lot of workers tho is seam that some of the workers are not very nice to customer. I go to Sobeys every 4 days a week because it’s the closest supermarket.”
