“Best experience they were nice fast got my debit card in person today They don't sell your info witch is amazing The ATMs were open and working when I was there so I don't know why people are again there not open not working like if it's off hours as in closed they will be closed and if you don't have money in your account then you can't take money out And y'all need to have some respect some lady was yelling at the lady behind the counter because she got a card in the mail that was deactivated she was told to not tell and she went THIS IS YELLING like have some respect there is no need to be yelling or being rude like all she had to do was go in and tell them what problems she's having with her card It was a good experience besides that rude lady with anger issues”

“Went into this branch this morning to pay a CC. I had assumed that a bank has the option to pay by debit but nope. She asked me to get cash from the machine. I said but it's going to charge me because my main bank is different. I have waited weeks for a time to get into a branch because I am usually working during buisness hours. I was frustrated now and about to storm out and she told me I can add my CC to my online banking as a payee... Thank you! I did not know this and saves me a ton of time now!!!!”
