Canadian Tire is a well-maintained store with a friendly and helpful staff. Customers have praised the professionalism of employees, particularly in the AutoService department, where staff like Jennifer and Samantha have been noted for their patience and kindness during tire purchases and installations. The store features a fun Halloween decoration theme, making shopping enjoyable. Many reviews mention the store's size and stock, with some appreciating the informative videos on products. However, there are concerns about old stock, as one customer found that some tires were from 2020 and 2021. Overall, this location stands out among others, with many customers expressing their satisfaction and willingness to recommend it.
Teresa and Susana made my exchange seamless and effortless. If it wasn’t for them I would still be dealing with the rudest general manager ever named Jeff from the Dundas location. Thank you for listening to my horrible experience from the Dundas location and helping me out and making things right!
