“Walked into Forbes hobbies shop for the first time and had a look around at the wide selection of model kits and supplies. The owner, who came in with their arms full, made sure to greet us even while dealing with product and another customer already. After we had a quick browse at the selection of magic cards and picked up some, the owner was happy to discuss about model painting. Very friendly staff with a significant depth of knowledge on painting and preparing model kits.”
“Excellent customer service everytime I go! Closest to me so it's most convenient to go to this location. Staff are always friendly and usually able to help me out with what I am looking for. Quick service no need to wait too long unless you go at a really busy time expect a 5 minute wait which isn't bad either. They have the self serve cash out registers which is great and cuts down on wait time. There's still a staff member that is usually hanging out making sure everything goes smoothly for you at check-out. I highly recommend this location.”
