“I’ve had no issues with the quality of clothing/footwear and I can handle a stuffed store but when it comes to feeling WELCOMED to have my business this is the bottom of the barrel. A lesson in customer service would go a long way for some of these locals.
Update June 2025: Amazing transformation the staff are super focused on customer service, so polite and helpful and the store is organized and easy to maneuver!”
“Unique selection of clothes and shoes at this cute boutique. Accessible entrance and those using assistive devices can, for the most part, move freely through the store. I would have given them 5 stars, but I noticed there was a definite lack of inclusive sizing for plus sized shoppers. (Note in fact, that none of the Almonte shops offer plus sized options for their clientele)”
