Staff are curious and get the job done right, providing loading assistance with care. They are very helpful and make up for the website's lack of a locator feature. Price-matching is quick and painless. They carry needed stock and unique items like EGO yard tools, which others may not have. It is worth the drive for that kind of service, creating a great experience for customers.

We had a great experience at this Rona. We purchased a product online and it ended up not being in stock. Paul the manager priced matched the other products we needed and threw in a free hookup! Amazing customer service from all staff!
