“I had an excellent experience in the tile section. Genny went above and beyond to help me choose the right tiles for my project. She was incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and resourceful, answering all my questions and offering helpful advice throughout the process. Her outstanding customer service made everything so much easier. Thank you, Genny, for all your help!”
“Such a wonderful company to purchase from. I couldn’t find what I wanted here in BC so went “east”!
My order arrived very well packed and secured - and even with a “Thank You” note (from Jason) included :))
Cardon Tools definitely shows customer appreciation!!”
“This store is an absolute delight! There are so many clever tools and gizmos for garden, kitchen and hardware. We ended up with an assortment of purchases after poking around the store for much longer than we had anticipated.”

“We had an excellent experience with Bob at the Carleton Place Home Depot. We originally wanted to purchase a pergola, but it was sold out. Bob went above and beyond by arranging for us to buy the floor model at a very generous discount.
He was incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us.
Thank you, Bob, for the exceptional customer service. We truly appreciate everything you did for us!”
