I bought online a Ridgid R9272 Combo Kit. Next day I drove from Ottawa and picked the tool. Back home when I opened the box I realized that the tools have damages. Was clear that it was an open box sold like brand new. I found double tape to seal the box bottom side. This will be returned.Very unpleasant experience.
