“Great variety inside, friendly staff, and easy access off the road. The biggest plus for me is the touchless car wash, which is surprisingly hard to find in the city. While it does not wash under the car, it still does a great job overall. Only thing to note is the turn into the wash can be a bit tight if your vehicle does not have a good turning radius”

“Very nice station with the least expensive 91 octane in the area, especially on Tuesdays. Journie rewards are easy to accumulate by entering a pin or phone number prior to filling. Pump takes Apple Pay. Wish all the pumps had the lever locks like shell however only some do; other than that… great station.”
“Staff is great here, not as friendly at the Tim Hortons attached :(I stop here to buy water and my salt and vinegar chips. And 0% milk. I don't have a ton of time to get to Costco as much as I'd like so, this Petro is all about convenience.I always get my gas here and their car wash is the best. Nothing is cheap these days but like I said, convenience fits the bill for me, most days. Great location.”

“Consistent, reliable, and easy. If I'm ever low on gas this is where I go because they always have gas and open pumps unlike in Kanata. Never had an issue and I drive heavy and long vehicles.
Just no car wash (doesn't bother me), and nothing else nearby (some locations are nice when my passenger can grab some hot food while I'm filling up, etc).”

“Can’t comment on the car wash, although I’ve heard many complaints. The service at this location is good and the staff are very kind. Yes they’re young but atleast they smile at you when you walk into the door unlike most gas stations. Toilet is standard gas station fare.”
“This is the only gas station I use. Find the gas quality is better then others. My truck seems to get extra kms out of a full tank. Plus I get points the get me extra gas. Super cool. Every Nickel counts.”

Last night, I stopped in for some stuff and picked up a couple ice creams while I was there. (The man that served us was very kind! I believe his name was Zach) When I got home, one of the ice creams was freezer burnt. I brought it back to the store today and I was a little worried that they wouldn’t refund it, since I understand it wasn’t exactly their fault. The woman that helped us was so nice and she immediately called the manager to see what they could do. After that, they refunded me and apologized for me having to go back.
Honestly, this experience was far better than I was expecting and I really appreciate their impeccable customer service.
Thank you so much to everyone that helped us! We will make sure we continue to get our gas here and stop in for “late night snacks” ??”

Today I saw an attendant stay calm and professional even when someone was unfairly yelling about the washroom being out of order. I’ve been coming here for a long time, and I always choose this Shell because the service is welcoming, reliable, and they truly care about their customers. “I went to go fill up about 10 minutes ago. The card machines at the pump and inside were not working and I noticed some people were not happy about this. However I didn’t mind paying cash and I wanted to say that the cashier was very nice, patient and understanding when someone came in upset. He kept his cool and gave good customer service.”
