“I love this place. There's rarely a lineup for gas. It's easy to get in and out of. Excellent selection of snacks and drinks (one of the few places with Cherry Float Coca-Cola). And they have great pan-flute music playing to listen to while you pump your gas. Oh! And the attendant is a very friendly and personable guy - I didn't catch his name but he knows who he is!”
4564 Fallowfield Road, Ottawa ON K2J 4S2
“Clean, spacious, well-stocked, fairly priced, friendly service and (significantly) some surprisingly good take-out coffee on offer. Parking is easy, access from both main road and highway convenient, so getting in and out is painless. No wait, no crowding, all very smooth. Impressive operation, certainly recommend.”

“Excellent customer service and cleaned store and washroom, different variety products and great options in drinks with great deals , which unable to find on another stores . Cheap gas prices.”

“There are few (if any) full-on, classic-style service stations in urban Ottawa proper, but this is a favourite. As others note, the attendants are excellent, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable; before a road trip, in a single stop, you get re-fuelled, oil check-up, tire pressure gauged and windows cleaned. And they have an excellent garage, open 7am Monday to Friday, plus a drive-through car wash. No aggravating pump terminals with advertising, no lottery stations, no junk food or gross coffee. Just exactly what you're there for, to see to your vehicle, and thus, amazing. Highly recommended!”
1057 Cyrville Road, Ottawa ON K1J 7P8

“I had an amazing time talking with Rashon he gave excellent customer service. I really enjoyed that it's hard to get that nowadays. This gentleman deserves a five star”
3500 Hawthorne Road, Ottawa ON K1G 3W9
“My only complaint is that they need to switch out the fluid to wash your windows more often. It had an unpleasant smell the last time I used it. Watch out for the people who try to turn into the parking lot off of Hunt Club. The only entrance is on Hawthorne rd.”
6500 Russell Road, Ottawa ON K0A 1K0
“I went to this establishment looking for a specific product. The great gentleman assisted me cordially. The service was exceptional, the appreciation for the Customer was fantastic. Amazing experience.”

“Gas station with lots of pumps. A few cents higher than Kanata PetroCan. Convenient if heading North or East as on corner divided road. Esso is South or West heading easier to access. Cents off/litre if use Can Tire credit cards.”
1432 Baseline Road, Ottawa ON K2C 0A9
“Good gas station and convenience store. Gas station: one pump was out of service. Otherwise everything was fully stocked. Ice salt, washer fluid, window washing brushes and liquid was full and accessible, paper towel stocked. Convenience store: no bathroom. A limited stock of snacks and drinks. Alcohol sold here.”

“Yes their this Esso Station Store on Innes. They have this kind older gentlemen. Everytime I fill, i am met with a smile, patient man. I feel he is everyones friend. A real pick me up. The store is packed with everything you want. They have a Tim Horton. Always serving some sweet donughts and a double double.”
635 Bronson Avenue, Ottawa ON K1S 4E7
“The workers at this Tim Hortons are just run off their feet almost anytime I'm in there. But they do it with a small smile on their face and a good attitude. You have to be prepared to wait a while for your order, but that's because there's one or two of them in a lineup of people. Have patience and you'll get what you want”
390 Parkdale Avenue, Ottawa ON K1Y 1G6
“It still has the pin holder to hold the gas lever! You rarely see this in most gas station in the province. I can clean my windows while the gas flows. I have no idea why most stations removes this function. Protect this station at all cost!!!”
1618 Stittsville Main Street, Ottawa ON K2S 1P1
“I have a Journie account so get money off gas at times. Worth going even if it's only a small amount of the bill. That and it's my closest gas station. I like to keep my money in Stittsville if I can to support our businesses.”
3580 Strandherd Drive, Ottawa ON K2J 5L4
“Needing to put air in my tires, I ask Google forr the nearest gas station to my then location, Goggle gave me a Shell location 4 km away. This little gem was 500ft away, I did a quick U-turn ????”
992 Burton Road, Ottawa ON K0A 3H0
“Lottery age requirement mixup The clerk here was super polite, responsible, and strict about ID, which I respect! However, there is just a slight training mix-up: I was denied a scratch ticket at 18 because he thought the age was 19. Just a heads-up for management to remind staff that OLG lottery tickets are legally 18+ in Ontario so other customers don't get confused.”
1170 Heron Rd, Ottawa ON K1V 6B2
“Fantastic guy at the cash today April 5th. Was looking for a specific drink flavour which was on a sale and I guess sold fast while waiting for a shipment. Figured I’d ask just because, mentioned it was for my mom. Guy went in the back to look and found a single bottle that was there. I didn’t mention she was in bed with a bad migraine. Was supposed to pick her up for dinner but she’s not feeling well enough. But the little things like this matter, she’ll be happy to have her drink and that guys small act meant a lot.”
2545 Baseline Road, Ottawa ON K2H 7B3
“I wanted to get a car wash and I had an issue with my credit card but the owner of the Circle K gave me a free one anyway. So I can't say enough good things about that store and how it's run. Thank you very much. Loyal customer forever”
1970 Walkley Road, Ottawa ON K1H 1W1
“There is a review by a woman that was acting very childish when it came to the car wash. She held a line up and was acting like a crazy woman. Many people got out of their cars to ask her why she wasn't moving and she had poor excuses causing a scene. The other customers were going to call the police to escorts her off the property. The Esso worker said we don't want to escalate it even though the customers wanted to. She goes around and writes a bad review on the Esso Worker (Zahid). Shame on you for playing victim in the jeep wrangler. You are a pathetic woman and shouldn't drive. I give ESSO Conroy 5 Star satisfaction rating. Zahid you are honorable, its sad how we cannot review bad customers. Some customers are liars and have nothing better to do than generate issues to feel normal.”
1985 Trim Road, Ottawa ON K4A 4R7
“Circle K Car Wash is one of the best car washes I've used. The wash does an excellent job removing dirt, salt, and road grime, and my vehicle always comes out looking clean and shiny. The equipment is modern, easy to use, and the process is quick and convenient. I also like the unlimited wash membership, which offers great value if you wash your vehicle regularly. Overall, it's a reliable car wash with great results, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their vehicle looking its best.”
401 March Road, Ottawa ON K2K 0K1
“Very nice station with the least expensive 91 octane in the area, especially on Tuesdays. Journie rewards are easy to accumulate by entering a pin or phone number prior to filling. Pump takes Apple Pay. Wish all the pumps had the lever locks like shell however only some do; other than that… great station.”
1600 Bank Street, Ottawa ON K1V 7Y6
“Good prices here, a friendly atmosphere, and the attendees are chill and always on those international calls, one bathroom so during rush hours it can be long waits.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
