“I spoke with Angelo Moutoulas recently regarding a replacement for a washer/dryer combo in a condo building. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me troubleshoot the issue instead of pushing for a new sale. His advice ended up resolving the issue which saved me over $2000!! I previously went to big box stores like Rona and Home Depot and they just push the replacement sale (stay away from big box stores!). Thankfully I stopped by this location as well. I will definitely buy from them when the time comes. 5/5”

Spencer is super helpful and will go out of his way to ensure you get what you need and is always willing to answer all of your questions. We were looking for a mattress suitable for our son, and Spencer recommended the Nectar mattress based on his needs. This mattress has been fantastic and was exactly what were looking for. Spencer was patient and really took the time to explain all the mattress options and why he recommended the Nectar mattress. Would definitely return and deal with Spencer again.”

We opted to replace our vacuum and he completed the work within 2 hours, and moved it to a more convienent location. Pricing was great and we are very satisfied with him. “I had the good fortune of having Ahmad Sabah help me with buying a new stove. I was uncertain about which one but finally settled on a dual heat range in my price bracket. As a senior citizen I was apprehensive about the delivery and the installing. Ahmad helped me with it all. The delivery was on time and within an hour the installers arrived, did the connection to gas and power, showed me the basics of the stove, took away the old appliance along with all the cardboard and foam that had covered the new one. Thank you Ahmad .”
“I bought two cans of paint (two different colours: white and yellow). The employee switched the labels on the cans. I didn't realize the mistake until I ran out of the white paint. I took a picture of the label on the can of white paint, went to the store, got the label scanned and had it done by a different employee. I came home with a gallon of yellow paint. I came back to see if they could try to re-mix the yellow and get it as close to the white one, but to no avail. I tried to get a refund, but they refused, even though it was their fault. Waste of $55 for a can of paint I'll never be able to use.

I DM'd the Home Depot fb page and a representative named Elena reached out to me. I explained the situation, and she issued a gift card equivalent to the value of the wrong paint given to me. She was very helpful and professional. The issue was resolved quickly, and the interaction was pleasant. For this, I take back my one-star review. Thanks Elena!”

The delivery staff arrived on time and handled my washing machine with great care. The overall experience was smooth and professional. However, they did not wear boot covers or remove their boots, which resulted in snow and water being tracked into my home. I would highly recommend implementing a standard practice of either removing footwear or using boot covers to prevent this issue in the future.”
