(If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!)I got into a car accident mid December 2023 and proceeded to use one of the recommended auto body shops by my insurance, and they had the car for 2 weeks only to tell me they couldn't complete the appraisal.I was then recommended to Ryding Auto Body by Genesis Yorkdale, and appraisal was completed so quick! The only delays were receiving the actual parts needed to fix my car.I just got my car back today and it came back as if I just bought the car brand new off the lot!! I also got them to fix a dent on the rear driver side where it looks as if someone dented it by opening their door (Can't find before pictures of this but if I do, I will update my review)All in all, I am by far, absolutely, positively impressed by how beautiful my car was fixed and repaired by Ryding Auto Body! It was a pleasure to work with Mark, and he kept me updated on the status of my car. If anyone is looking for quality workmanship, Ryding Auto is your place!!On a side note, when I had dropped off my car after my accident, Mark immediately booked me an Uber home. Zuhair came to my house a good 40 mins away from his place of business and the first thing he said was “why don’t you put it on your insurance” which he did all the paperwork for with only the pink insurance slip. Took an hour to do on a 2017 Lexus and cost me only the initial deposit.Highly recommended.”

“I recently had the pleasure of receiving car repair service from Carstar, and I must commend them for their excellent service, professional attitude, and incredibly supportive staffs.A required part for my repair was backordered, leading to my car being stored for several months. Carstar made sure to store my car safely in their warehouse the whole time, shielding it from rain and snow.Despite the extensive wait time for the part, Carstar diligently followed up with manufactures on the status of the back-ordered part. The prolonged delay could have easily been a source of frustration for both them and me. However, the shop manager took time to explain the process, the impact of the delay on my car, and strategies to mitigate any potential issues. He showed remarkable patience and professionalism, making a stressful situation much more manageable. Moreover, the manager was effective in communicating and implementing a solution to ease the situation, which further solidified my trust in their service.”
“Called around 345pm to see if they could help me with an alignment and an oil change and they took me in right away after I called several other shops and they flat out said no. “While the service quality did not meet my expectations, the staff's demeanor was impeccable and professional. I initially brought my car in due to a flat tire, which they promptly repaired. However, the issue recurred the very next day. Upon contacting them, I was informed that they could not provide service in my area but offered to lend a compressor to assist me in bringing the car back for a recheck. Unfortunately, this solution was not feasible for me, and I opted for a mobile repair service instead. Impressively, the following day, I received a text message from them offering to refund the charges for the service. Despite the initial inconvenience, their attention to customer care and follow-up efforts were commendable.”

I got my whole car wrapped, and windows tinted. They called me back in twice to ensure everything was okay and offered to fix anything that may be less than 100% on their own dime. “I took my last vehicle here back in the Fall of 2018 as to have its rear-right window replaced, after it was broken into, and was very pleased with their brand of customer service.I left my vehicle here on a morning, and was assured that the replacement window I'd ordered would both arrive, and be installed, by the evening of that very same day.Not that the repair process was particularly complicated, given that the vandal had left this window's door intact, but they explained it to me nevertheless, which was appreciated, as I have no background in this industry.Just as I'd had numerous personal effects sitting in this vehicle, I was also assured that they'd leave it secured indoors until I collected it, both prior to and post-its window's replacement.I received a call from them, circa mid-afternoon of that day, saying the new window had arrived, they'd installed it and that I could collect my vehicle. The only reason I was unable to retrieve it until the following day was because I was at work.I thought the fee they charged me was quite reasonable here, given the speed at which they replaced my window. Staff here are all of diligent, polite, honest as well as upfront about your expectations of them.If you've had any of your vehicle's windows smashed, chipped and / or damaged beyond repair, I'd strongly recommend taking advantage of any of this company's locations. You may save both time and money in purchasing their aftermarket windows that are as good as those which you may order from your vehicle's dealership.-Devin B., West Toronto.”

“Was in Toronto for a warm Spring-like weekend, with my dark coloured car that hadn't been washed in a few months.. looked around and read a bunch of reviews and found Dupont Auto Spa rated very highly. Texted them and was able to book an appointment immediately for a simple exterior wash (on a Saturday, no less)!!I am so pleased I did! Wish we had you guys in Ottawa!! I know this is just a simple exterior wash, but they did it by hand, and for a very reasonable (and amazing) price. I would not hesitate to recommend these lads to detail your car if you are in the area. I'd probably bring something to do or find somewhere to go while they worked, the waiting room wasn't heated.. thanks D.A.S. for making my car bring pride, rather than shame ????”
