“Several years ago I purchased a stove through Caplan's, and then just recently a washer and dryer set. I continue to be impressed with their customer service and competitive pricing. I worked with Pedro this time around and he was amazing. Very quick email responses, helpful, went above and beyond in finding out additional info for me. Washer and dryer were comparable in price to other big box retailers, and customer service with Caplan's is top notch so it was a no brainer to choose them for our purchase. The stairs to the basement were narrow so we weren't sure the washer and dryer would fit, but Pedro assured me the delivery guys were up to the task and they got them down no problem. Would highly recommend.”

“Ronny was amazing at making my life easy for my appliance order. I waited months to start the process because I figured it would take hours and hours of effort, but turns out using Ronny makes it way easier and fun buying appliances. I came in for almost an hour, explained everything and shared the measurements of what I needed. The next day, he emailed me a bunch of packages to choose from which gave me a chance to do a little research. So when I came back to the store to discuss each package, the interactions were very very productive and the process was just easy and exciting knowing Ronny was handling things and making sure there weren’t going to be any of those classic issues with delivery, installation etc. Luckily he didn’t become a pro-athlete and instead is helping us all get the best appliances for us. Highly recommend Ronny.”

“Our central vacuum suddenly stopped working and we realized that the piping was broken. Called Eddie and he truly came to the rescue. He responded quickly, showed up when he said he would, and got right to work diagnosing and fixing the issue properly. He repaired the broken piping efficiently and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. On top of that, he even took the time to check one of my vacuums and made sure it was working the way it should. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things right. Great experience overall and I would definitely recommend him. Thanks Eddie!!!”

“Technician came on time for our washing machine. He said it could be a blocked drain or faulty drain pump. Wound up just a blocked drain. Saved us $120. He could have told me it was the pump. I wouldn't have known. I respected his honesty. Only thing is the call cost $100 to diagnose and $169 labour. I believe the diagnosis should have been included in the labour. Otherwise, 5 stars.”

“I bought the LG washer/dryer set and it was installed professionally on the date I requested. It has been working for a few weeks now without any issues. High quality product with professional installation. It is a stacked set and Home Depot told me I'm responsible for uninstallation of the dryer from the top, but Tasco did it all. Price was good and Tatiana was very helpful. This is my second purchase from Tasco Richmond Hill and both were good experiences.”

“Since I was doing a major home renovation for the first time, I went to The Home Depot for advice. I purchased cabinet accessories, lighting products, and various installation materials for my kitchen renovation. The variety of products available in the store was truly impressive. The employees didn’t just focus on selling products; they tried to understand my needs and suggested several different solutions. This approach made it much easier for me to make decisions. I think it’s a very valuable resource for anyone working on home improvement projects.”

“I’ve never experienced such great professionalism from service technicians! Two technicians from LG came to fix our cooktop, and they were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time. It was clear that these were LG’s own technicians, and they represented the company exceptionally well. Excellent service from start to finish—I couldn’t be more impressed!”
