My stove glass top cracked on my LG stove before Christmas and they were able to get a part and repair it within a very reasonable time and for a cost that was not unreasonable. I was able to cook my turkey and have Christmas dinner.

“Ronny was amazing at making my life easy for my appliance order. I waited months to start the process because I figured it would take hours and hours of effort, but turns out using Ronny makes it way easier and fun buying appliances.
I came in for almost an hour, explained everything and shared the measurements of what I needed.
The next day, he emailed me a bunch of packages to choose from which gave me a chance to do a little research.
So when I came back to the store to discuss each package, the interactions were very very productive and the process was just easy and exciting knowing Ronny was handling things and making sure there weren’t going to be any of those classic issues with delivery, installation etc.
Luckily he didn’t become a pro-athlete and instead is helping us all get the best appliances for us. Highly recommend Ronny.”

“Our central vacuum suddenly stopped working and we realized that the piping was broken. Called Eddie and he truly came to the rescue. He responded quickly, showed up when he said he would, and got right to work diagnosing and fixing the issue properly.
He repaired the broken piping efficiently and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. On top of that, he even took the time to check one of my vacuums and made sure it was working the way it should.

“From start to finish, my experience with Merrilyn and the delivery team at Tasco Toronto on Dufferin was amazing.
I came into the showroom three separate times before finally deciding on a fridge, and every single time, I was greeted with kindness and patience. No pressure, no attitude, just genuine help. Merrilyn was an absolute gem. She helped me choose the right fridge and made sure it would fit by carefully checking my measurements.
On delivery day, the team noticed a dent in the door before unloading and immediately let me know. They didn’t try to hide it or “make it work.” They took it back and made sure I would get a new one. Merrilyn personally ensured the replacement fridge was carefully inspected, and when it arrived, the team even let me inspect it on the truck before bringing it inside.
The delivery team, led by Terry, was incredible. Professional, skilled, and thoughtful. He made the executive decision to remove the fridge doors to get it around my curved stairway and triple-checked that everything was aligned and level when reinstalling them. He even offered to replace my old water line with one that had a shut-off valve and went above and beyond by running water through the fridge to clear it properly, following the instructions.
I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Even with the first delivery (lead by Ryan), they cared enough to make sure I didn’t end up with an imperfect product and discover it later. That says everything about their integrity and customer service.
Don’t second guess it. Get your appliances from Tasco Toronto on Dufferin. You will not regret it.”

“Good morning I dealt with aarons before when they were on eglinton ave west but they closed that one, I wanted to get a new dryer not knowing about the etobicoke store but I decided to call them. The first lady I spoke to helped me along the way she was so nice to me about a week after I called back I spoke to a young man he was just as nice and patient with me then I spoke to another lady who was awesome with me. She went above and beyond to help me she spoke so nice that I felt calm she guided me along the way, never much me to have an account with them in the end I took the dryer from then. I got it in two days time the two men who delivered it , they came in they were also nice to me and my husband they have a lot of respect ? for us ,please let your staff know how awesome and more awesome they are ,I dealt with five staff members in all no complaints will deal with them again, if I can give more stars I will ,I know my review is long but it is worth it. “I purchased a LG gas range / oven and matching frig freezer in May 2023, in October 2025 the oven would shut down and display an F9 error code. I wasn't able to cook Christmas dinner due to the issue and was very disappointed to have issue so early. Gas ranges typically last 20 years or longer. Anyway Sheila, the representative from LG saved the day and arranged to have a complementary service call to resolve the issue. Amazing!”

The delivery staff arrived on time and handled my washing machine with great care. The overall experience was smooth and professional. However, they did not wear boot covers or remove their boots, which resulted in snow and water being tracked into my home. I would highly recommend implementing a standard practice of either removing footwear or using boot covers to prevent this issue in the future.”
