“I used to think that gas stations are gas stations and they are all the same, that is so not true, lol. Some are certainly superior to others. This Esso is awesome! I like that it has single lanes, so you can drive in and drive out easily. I don't like the double ones where if you are the rear car and you finish before the front car, you have to pull around the car to exit. I know, first world problems, but hey, if I'm comparing gas stations, this is definitely a factor. This Esso has a Circle K convenience store in it. And this location has a really good selection of slushy flavours, like at least 6-10 different flavours. It also has a Tim Hortons in it and you can buy at the counter or you can go through the drive thru. Selection is a bit less than standalone Tim Hortons, but the convenience can't be beat. There are hand sanitizer dispensers at each pumping station. Staff are generally nice. Since this location is in Orleans, prices are generally lower than in Ottawa or places further west. I really like this Esso. I also love that you get Optimum points at Esso :)”

“This has been my go to corner store for gas for about 3 years now. Staff are always happy and courteous. The location is always clean and has good access. Unfortunately I learned today that they've reserved half the gas pumps for express CC payment only. I use to be able to fill up a couple Jerry cans of fuel, and fill my truck weekly, if not more, I could go inside and grab a cold drink after a long day. That is no longer an option as I now have to choose express, pay at the pump, then walk inside to pay again for a drink or snacks. Now I have to have 2 bills at the same stop. It's honestly very inconvenient and I do believe you will lose business because of these changes. I know it's no longer convenient for me to spend $800/week on gas at your location. Please let me k lw if this change is rescinded in the future and I will be happy to return.

“Arrived at a busy time, driving my f350, waited for a spot , some rude j*** with a quicker tiny car cut me off as usual, spot opened up seconds later so no big deal and nothing having to do with the place. Pumping was usual slow and time consuming for $100 worth, and it was stuck at two day old prices 8-13¢ (1.60 ish) more expensive than ottawa 20min away where i should of pumped close to home. Wash rinse repeat.. life lesson oops.”
“All I wonder is how come 1 hour away from Quebec they service gas for 1.25 whereas Quebec serving it at 1.46-1.52.
Take 9.975% of QST but still that doesn’t count for difference of 20-25 cents per litre.”

“Stopped in for gas with two of my grandsons. They each got a slush and when I went to pay for everything, the owner took the slushes off the invoices when he saw the boys. He had also said hi to them as they were filling up their slush. Thanks for making them feel special. That's what I call customer service!!! ☺️”

“Stopped to get gas and the person inside was drinking my FAVOURITE soft drink (I'll leave the name of it out so they don't get jumped lol). I asked if they sold it there and they had bought it in the US. They then gave me one of theirs!!! Unreal and made my day, week, month, EVERYTHING! It was so sweet and thoughtful!”

“My bike is a full suspension, and I had just spent 50$ on a hand pump I was told would work on my rear shock /suspension to refill the chamber and re pressurize it……. It did not….
I forget the gentleman’s name but in the evening on night last week? He tossed me 2-3$ out of his pocket to turn the air on. I was POSITIVE there was manual override inside to turn it on; at least at one point I know there was.
This was not the case and buddy without hesitation paid for my air in my bike.
I’m gonna have to into return at some point and find this guys name so I can update and inform management of this kind behavior. Speaks volumes of his character and I genuinely appreciate his help.

“Hey, I just found out that the car washing machine has been upgraded. It must have happened very recently, as I used the car wash service a couple of weeks ago. The new car wash lane looks rather futuristic to enter into. It's like a time machine or teleportation tunnel or something of that sort. To me it's fun to watch the machine in motion, spraying colourful cleansing agents, followed by a power blast of water in the touchless washing mode. The car became super clean after the washing cycle. All the mud from the snow geese watch trip in the flooded farm field and concession trials were completely gone. Loving it.”

“I'll preface this by seeing the pay at pump is often not working from my experience. twice in the last five visits. Just bought gas from them. Paid $50 cash. I was in a hurry and forgot to check if I had any change. I gave them a call, they answered right away, reviewed my receipts and told me I was owed $1.70. they were transparent, quick, and friendly despite it being a busy morning. Thank you”
