“I brought my 2012 A3 TDI in for an oil change and to troubleshoot an intermittent starting issue. Rune listened to my description of what I was experiencing, quickly narrowed the possibilities and found an electrical problem. I can't imagine how many times I'd have had to take it into Audi before they'd have found the rusty grounding point that was at fault.
I'm going to be using Auto Allemagne from now on. Thank you Rune!”

“One of my tires had a slow leak although there was no obvious damage. They were kind enough to put the car upon their lift and were able to diagnose that there was a dent on the inner part of the rim. They decided that it would be better for me to take it to a specialist who could straighten the rim. Although I was prepared to pay them for their time they were kind enough to say that it wasn’t necessary since they had not fixed the problem. I greatly appreciate their kindness, honesty and integrity.”

“I took my vehicle to G&I as my regular neighborhood garage was too busy - plus with Costco no longer doing oil and filter changes, I needed a new place to get these done (properly, not in 15 min). They inspected my vehicle and let me know that while the work I suspected was likely upcoming, no parts needed obvious replacement and they are not fond of replacing parts without being sure they need replacing.
It's good to find another honest garage - my experience lines up with what most reviewers report for this shop. The few disgruntled reviews do not seem representative.”

Run by 3 brothers and their sons, this no-frills old school garage does top quality work at a good price,. I have been going there for years with a variety of different vehicles, and have always received top notch service. They have also never tried to upsell me once. You get a clear explanation of the problem, and what to expect of the repair.
10/10, will always go back and highly recommend.”

The staff was very professional and Nicole our Service Rep, kept us up to date on the progress of our vehicle via email.
Nicole explained in full, the process, inspection of the vehicle and the estimate completion time.
When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, Nicole explained in detail the repairs that were made to our vehicle. All in all it was a great experience.
My wife and I would give this experience a 10 out of 10.
