(If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!)I got into a car accident mid December 2023 and proceeded to use one of the recommended auto body shops by my insurance, and they had the car for 2 weeks only to tell me they couldn't complete the appraisal.I was then recommended to Ryding Auto Body by Genesis Yorkdale, and appraisal was completed so quick! The only delays were receiving the actual parts needed to fix my car.I just got my car back today and it came back as if I just bought the car brand new off the lot!! I also got them to fix a dent on the rear driver side where it looks as if someone dented it by opening their door (Can't find before pictures of this but if I do, I will update my review)All in all, I am by far, absolutely, positively impressed by how beautiful my car was fixed and repaired by Ryding Auto Body! It was a pleasure to work with Mark, and he kept me updated on the status of my car. If anyone is looking for quality workmanship, Ryding Auto is your place!!On a side note, when I had dropped off my car after my accident, Mark immediately booked me an Uber home. I don't know the other reps.I was asking dozens of Toyota reps if their new 2024 vehicles were susceptible to the CANBUS headlight theft method.Everyone either lied or played dumb.The only one who went out of his way to find the answer and was being honest about it is Steven.BTW: "The new Tacoma is not resistant to the CANBUS headlight theft method". You can extend that to the whole lineup!”

“I recently got into an at fault accident. TD is my car insurance company and I wasn’t comfortable fixing my car with their recommended TD auto repair shops as it had mixed to poor reviews. But then they referred me to Fix Auto one of their partnered shops which was also nearby to us. They had great reviews so I gave it a try and I’m really glad I did! I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to because my experience was great, specifically with Taylor! She was very kind, respectful and very knowledgeable, all from start to finish. The shop didn’t seem like it would rip you off, (you know those weird vibes you get from other shops). We made the appointment, dropped the car off and were seen from start to finish. We didn’t have to wait hours and were given the rundown and approximate wait time when the car could be fixed. Due to it being the holidays, we had to fix the car in the new year. Luckily it was just the bumper and no further damage. We dropped the car off Tuesday, given an estimate of Friday for pick up and actually received the car the next day (Wednesday).The car looks great! They matched the paint very well and they also gave the interior a detail. Taylor helped us with a favour we asked prior to drop off which she didn’t have to but did which shows that they go above and beyond. Overall, if you need a place to fix your car, go to Fix auto! There’s a reason they have great reviews.”
