“KW surplus is a great place to pick up so many items. From tools, paint supplies, camping equipment to toys and kids socks, they've got a little bit of everything.”
“Customer service is really a thing, if it wasn’t for the worker that wished us a nice day, I wouldn’t give this location 4 stars. The female employee at self checkout today was less than friendly… it doesn’t cost anything to be polite.”
“I adore shopping at this location (Waterloo) The displays are well thought out and perfectly designed. The staff are pleasant and helpful. They always have new items each time I visit and an excellent selection of home decor. The staff actually gives you genuine smiles, which makes your shopping experience more enjoyable. I have never left this location without purchasing something new. Thank you for making your customers happy ? I highly recommend this location ?”
“My wife and I always enjoy coming to this store, usually once a month or so. Today (a Friday morning) the staff both in store, and at front cash desk, and the manager were extremely helpful with a small item of furniture we were purchasing. 'Above and beyond' service from all the friendly staff. We left with a smile happy with our purchase. Thank you! ... we will return. :~)”
“I love their selections and sales, even everyday prices are good. I appreciate they allow dogs at this location, instead of leaving my well behaved and trained dog in a hot car I can take him inside while I grab a few things.”
“This was originally on Victoria st and the Reno and move has only improved this store, although it's not a mega size location it has most of what any person would need.
Friendly staff too”
“Helpful and friendly staff. It was my first time visiting a pharmacy and I wasn’t aware if I was to pay anything considering I had insurance. They guided me through how it works and it sorted a lot of doubts in my head.”
“Fast, clear instructions with decent photo quality for a 2min print. There were two cashiers at the time, one was very kind and helpful. The other was preoccupied on her phone.”
“✅ Nice, clean, and well-organized. You can find anything quickly.
I would like to sincerely thank Terri from the Photo Center for her kindness and warm attitude. She helped us with great patience and friendliness, and made the whole experience very pleasant. I truly appreciate the help she provided and would like to thank her very much.”
“Rayner has displayed so much patience and kindness helping me develop a poster! His expertise is outstanding ! So happy with the result ! He is a most valuable employee!!”

The automotive service team was honest, clear, and efficient. They explained everything before starting the work. Really appreciated the transparency.”
