“I honestly cannot say enough good things about Paul Puncher.After exploring several options in the KW area to find the perfect suit for my wedding, it was clear within the first couple minutes of talking to Matthew that Puncher was the obvious choice. After inviting me for a quick tour around the men's suit section, Matthew gave me his card and assured me that I could contact him any time to set up a fitting. He wasn't pushy, but instead very polite and attentive where he needed to be.When I returned for my initial fitting, we worked out a budget and immediately got to work on my measurements. Due to my irregular measurements from bodybuilding, Matthew strongly recommended we go fully custom for the suit all while reassuring me that the budget would not be altered by this. You could tell that he takes extreme pride in his work and wouldn't rest until he created a suit that fit my body perfectly and showed off all of my physical qualities. The process of designing a suit from the ground up that perfectly reflected my style was perhaps one of the most fun and self indulgent things imaginable. At the risk of sounding dramatic, I felt like I was in a movie!Through trial and error, busy schedules and tightening timelines, Matthew made the whole process seamless and worry free for us. He met me after hours on two occasions and even went as far as to offer me his personal dry cleaner for last minute touch ups to my shirt. He was also extremely quick to respond any time I needed to reach out.The day of my wedding eventually came and I was met with compliment after compliment on how sharp my suit looked. I had to agree, I looked amazing and therefor felt amazing. While I can't say from experience, I don't think I could have experienced the same quality and care from any other clothier in the area. Paul Puncher and Matthew specifically are truly a cut above the rest and if you're looking for something that's literally and figuratively cut from a different cloth, you can't go wrong here.Believe the hype! “Wanted to leave a glowing review for Suzy/Suzie at the Conestoga Mall location of Bluenotes in Waterloo Ontario. She was so kind to help me out and even though it was the busiest time of the year, 2 days before Christmas and I could tell she was under the gun, she still took time to help me out with my exchange and helped me to source another pair of jeans that was equivalent to the cost of the original pair... she could have let me walk out having to pay more and instead was very accommodating! I am a highly satisfied customer and hope Bluenotes head office will give her the recognition she deserves, as I know how stressful it is to work in a retail environment like that. :) Thanks again for your help, Suzy!”
