“I recently visited Mister Safety Shoe because I was starting a new factory job and needed the perfect pair of work shoes. The service I received was absolutely outstanding, specifically from a staff member named Kathleen.
She gave me dedicated 1-on-1 assistance throughout my entire visit. Kathleen brought out a few different styles for me to try on and took the time to explain the specific safety and comfort features of each one so I knew exactly what I was getting.
Her expert recommendations and attentive service made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I walked out with exactly what I needed for my new job.
I highly recommend this location, and a huge thank you to Kathleen!”
“Matt was a treasure, He painstakingly found what I needed in 1 min flat with the utmost sincerity and respect for me and the article of clothing I required. His charm was unexpectedly pleasing, leaving Me in awe of his presence. His tenure there will benefit other customers in the times to come. Thank you Matt for this life changing experience, Bless your heart you beautiful Man.”

“This place was amazing to work with! Seamless from start to finish, no pun intended!
Also very personable and professional. Will be using their services again and highly recommend”
“Excellent experience today at Fairview Park Mall, Kitchener. Exchanged an online purchase for a smaller size with no issues . Olivia assisted me and was very professional and knowledgeable. Store is well organized and the change rooms were excellent!”
“Hong Kong Fashion was amazing to deal with.
I didn’t think my daughter was ever going to find her prom dress.
Not only did she find a dress here, it was 25% off.
Hong Kong Fashion had some different styles that we didn't see in ever other dress shopt, and they were all affordable.
No pressure when trying on either.
We delt with two ladies, and they were both honest, kind, and very friendly.”
“Helpful and friendly staff indeed. I like to mention one staff member Tushan who helped me find what I was looking for and offered a decent discount on the item. It was definitely a pleasant experience visiting and shopping at the store. Thanks Old Navy and the entire team.”
“Went in for a sale on Skechers Slip Ons - helped by Chloe, who was excellent. Helped me find the right shoe, right size, and on sale! A very good shopping experience while I was in the area. Easy access to parking and the expressway, only 15 minutes from just about anywhere in KW.”

“We came here to buy a suit for graduation and the experience from start to finish was excellent. Thank You to Ayah and Sheana for their help and guidance. It was no problem to bring in a special order which we were not obliged to buy if it still wasn’t right, but ended up being perfect. The suit was tailored overnight which was very appreciated because we were short on time.
In the recent past we have also dealt with Karim who was very patient and extremely knowledgeable and is a true gentleman to deal with. Aside from fair prices and excellent service and selection, there is a special kind of loyalty they give back to their customers, that has become a rare commodity in retail.
From our experience, this store operates on integrity and honesty which are a true testament in a world where it’s very very easy to not honour your word and do whatever is necessary to make a quick dollar. It’s a refreshing shift to deal with sales people and owners who take their integrity seriously.
The selection & price was also very good and the entire process was very enjoyable. Bravo to a true professional experience and to Karim and his staff for their outstanding customer service.”
