Nadia pivoted with me quickly, and got me kitted out at my budget (weaving in great deals from the clearance rack, buzzing to all corners of the store, but weirdly always present… she was everywhere, but also in the right place at the right time). She was attentive, sharp, confident, cordial, and affable.
